Services
We act as an authorized consultancy and intermediary. Final decisions on visa, admission and ticketing rest with the respective embassy, institution, or carrier.
Fees
- Service fees are quoted before any work begins.
- Embassy, university and airline fees are billed at cost.
- Service fees are non-refundable once processing has started.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete documents on time.
- Disclose any prior visa refusals or relevant history.
- Honour appointments, interviews and travel dates.
Liability
Glomentor is not liable for visa refusals, flight delays, or third-party failures. Our liability for any claim is limited to the service fee paid.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
