Refund Policy

This policy explains when refunds apply for services provided by Glomentor.

Service fees

  • Consultancy and processing fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
  • If we have not started work, you may cancel within 48 hours for a full refund.

Third-party charges

  • Embassy fees, SEVIS, biometric and visa application fees are non-refundable per government rules.
  • Airline tickets and hotel bookings follow the issuer's refund policy.

Visa refusals

Service fees cannot be refunded for refused visas, as our work is performed regardless of outcome. We will, however, advise on reapplication options.

Refund process

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. To request a refund, email glomentor2025@gmail.com with your invoice number.
